Established on 29th March, 1975 by Late CA Ram Niranjan Goyal, R.N.G. has earned its repute as one of the leading firms in the city. Our head office is based in Siliguri with branch offices spread across various parts of the country.The firm was established in 1975 in Siliguri and over a period spread its wings in Bangalore, Guwahati , Islampur, and Malbazar.
RNG is led by 9 partners and have a team of over 30 members. RNG caters full bouquet of assurance, advisory and consultancy services to its clients across all industries.The Firm has rich experience to serve large corporate, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and Owner Managed Businesses.

Sweta Goyal joined the firm in 2005 and is a partner since 2005. Her ability to understand the business environment coupled with her sound financial and accounting background has enabled her to specialize in business outsourcing operations.
Her expertise lies in the fields of Secretarial Compliances, Payroll Solutions, Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). In addition to the above, she also handles accounting and assurances services.
Manish Goyal has been into the profession since 2002 and practicing in his individual firm name at Siliguri. He joined the firm in 2010. He had completed his articleship with the firm and has rich experience in the fields of Indirect Tax, Project Report Preparation and Loan Syndication & XBRL.
He also handles matters relating to P.F, ESI, Gratuity and legal drafting.He supervises audits and is actively involved with the taxation compliance and BPO services offered by the firm.He has also completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the ICAI.
He has been the youngest Chairman of Siliguri Branch of ICAI for the period 2009-10.He was also awarded with President of India, Scouts & guides Award. He is also an elected member in the Eastern India Regional Council of ICAI. He holds the position of Chairman of EIRC of ICAI for the year 2017- 18.
Neha Agarwal has joined the firm since December, 2011. She has got working knowledge in matters relating to audit, direct taxation, company matters and online compliances. She is experienced in XBRL filing and related matters. She has also completed Certification Course on International Financial Reporting Standard conducted by ICAI.
Vivek Goyal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has joined the firm since December, 2013. He has rich experience in the fields of Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation and Concurrent Audit. He has experience of handling Income Tax Cases, P Tax Cases, VAT and GST matters. He has also handled matters relating to P.F, ESI, Gratuity, FCRA and legal drafting. He has also completed Certification Course on International Financial Reporting Standard, Concurrent Audit of Banks and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by ICAI.
Sanjana Agarwalla is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has joined the firm since April, 2014. She is in charge of the branch office at Guwahati. She has vast experience in matters relating to internal audit, Concurrent Audit. She has specialization in the Insurance Sector and has practical experience in GST matters
Neelam Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has joined the firm since June, 2015. She has got working knowledge in matters relating to audit & direct taxation.
Bhumika Goyal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has joined the firm since December, 2016. She has got working knowledge in matters relating to audit & direct taxation.
Rinki Rampuria is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has joined the firm since 1st July, 2018. She has got working knowledge in matters relating to audit & direct taxation. She has qualified the certificate course on bank audit by ICAI. She is in charge of the branch office at Bengaluru.
Durga Somani is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has joined the firm since July, 2018. She has got working knowledge in matters relating to audit, direct taxation, company matters and online compliances. She has also completed Certification Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by ICAI.
Surabhi Kedia is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has joined the firm since April, 2019. She has got working knowledge in matters relating to direct & indirect taxation. She has a specialization in the GST matters.
Audit being our core area we have been auditors to all kind of organizations. We have conducted statutory as well as internal audit of various entities dealing in various products and services. Our client base includes Government owned companies like United India Insurance, BSNL, Government Schools, Banks and the like.
Our private client includes Schools, Traders dealing in Computers, Food Grains, Hardwares, Motor Cars, Manufacturers of Railway Sleepers, Stone Chips, Electric Poles, Tea Factories, Health Services, Cold Storages, Tea Plantations, Builders and the like.
We have been auditors of various banks which include the State Bank of India and other Nationalized Banks. We are also concurrent auditors of ICICI Bank Ltd., Allahabad Bank and UCO Bank. In addition we have carried Revenue Audit and Migration Audit of various branches of UCO Bank & Punjab National Bank.
